Fig, Italian Everbearing Fig
Italian Everbearing Fig is a prolific bearing deciduous fruiting tree with a bush-like habit and attractive palmate foliage. Its large red-brown fruit has sweet pink flesh and that ripen in early summer and again in early fall, or year round in frost-free areas. Insignificant flowers in spring bring in the sweet fruits without need of a pollinator. Highly adaptable, but provides the best fruit in full sun and well-drained soils.
